Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to test your gear and ensure it meets your winter sports requirements.
Return & Exchange Process

- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Free from any wear, damage, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Ski gloves (for hygiene reasons once opened)
- Grip wax and other consumable products
- Apparel accessories that have been removed from original packaging
- Clothing with removed tags or signs of wear
