The advantage of the Control Step-In is that it can be put on without any manipulation, you just have to present the axis of the shoe and press on the binding to put it on. Another particularity is the lever that is no longer vertical but lateral, a simple rotation on one side or the other will allow you to remove your shoes. As on other Turnamic models, the plates are enlarged and offer a larger thrust zone in propulsion. Finally, and this is also a characteristic of all Turnamic models, they can be mounted and moved without tools, a clamp located just behind the fastener of the binding allows to unlock or lock the binding in the desired position. In terms of compatibility, this binding is adaptable to Turnamic, NNN and Prolink standard shoes, the only standard that is not compatible is the SNS standard. It is a binding that will be very present from next season because it corresponds to a wide range of classic Rossignol skis.
Be careful about compatibility, IFP bindings only fit Rossignol and Fischer skis from the 2017/2018 collection with IFP plates.
